Jean knew that most people didn't consider Yoga to be a real form of exercise but not only did it do wonders for her body, it also was great for relaxing her mind. After everything that had happened in her past, Jean needed that quiet time in the morning to just relax and let her mind get ready for whatever the day might have in store. She didn't have nearly as many nightmares as she'd had when she first got back, but the actions of the Phoenix after it took control of her body were not easily forgotten. Day by day Jean was moving forward though and yoga was the best way to get her mind and body to relax.
Pushing herself up into a seated position, Jean crossed her legs and closed her eyes, taking a deep breath, she then let it out slowly as she listened to the sounds of the birds chirping and the water of the lake gently lapping against the edge. Even with her eyes closed, Jean was all too aware of the figure approaching her quietly from behind. Without opening turning around or evening opening her eyes she said: "Morning."
