We are currently covering a timeline of October 1st - December 20th. We do not add years so that the characters can remain the same age for as long as the players want.

Welcome to X-Men After the Chaos!

We are an AU Movie game set 7 years after X 3 where only X-Men 1, 2, and loosely 3 are canon.

It has been seven years since the humans tried to cure the mutant gene like it was a virus. The mutants survived and so has the world. Life has gone on. Relationships forged, enemies became allies, and new heroes were created. Still there has never really been any peace and there is always fear and Chaos. Mutants tossed away by society are disappearing all of the US, entire colonies gone over night without a trace. Is this just the beginning of the act the Government is trying to pass against the mutants or is something else going on?

Always seeking out middle-eastern food.
Confuses English words and especially figures of speech.
Does her best to stay Kosher.

Skills: Fluent in Hebrew and nearly so in Arabic. She speaks passable Russian and her English is pretty good.
Has taken some dance, and is quite graceful.

Nationality/Ethnicity: Israeli
Known Relatives: Aunt

Height: 157.5cm (5'2")
Weight: 105 lbs
Hair: Dark Brown
Eyes: Brown
Physical Description: While petite (in other words, short), Keila (Key-La) is well proportioned with relatively long legs for her height. She is rapidly developing a less girlish body, despite being slim. She has long dark brown hair, which tends to be wavy and wild unless she does something to tame it.

Shock: An electric shock via touch, ranging from mildly painful to potentially deadly.
Ball Lightening: As it sounds, a ball of lightening. After being 'thrown', it accelerates rapidly towards the target. She can guide it slightly; about 1 meter from intended target point in any direction per 10 meters traveled. She can reabsorb them if they have not already struck something. Can explode with energy from a firecracker to a bomb, depending on charge in addition to electrical damage. May ignite combustibles.
Static cling: Able to stick things together or to objects like walls. Can be strong enough to hold an adult in place. Can also be used for wall-climbing.
Zap: small, painful, but short-ranged bolts.
Static shield: Able to deflect physical items or can be put in place as a barrier. May deflect beams, particularly those that use kinetic force. The shield lasts about 5 minutes if not being hit, but wears down quickly deflecting attacks. Initially, able to stop two or three pistol bullets or 1 rifle round, before collapsing. Similarly, getting beat on with fists or whatever wears it down and it collapses. It might hold a little longer against these attacks, but would wear down quickly. Standing just to the left or right... isn't a good idea. The shield doesn't stop so much as deflect. If it had to flat stop something, its endurance is cut to about 1/3.
Immune to Lightning: Immune and can recharge immediately when lightning is nearby. See Weaknesses.
Misc things, using Static to repulse or Attract.

Currently only able to absorb and store static electricity. Could be shocked with AC current if in contact with it.
Can currently only form flat shields that are circular or rectangular.
Can do two things at once (one with each hand), but not three. So, she could form a shield and a ball of lightening, but would have to release one to start something else.
Ball lightning takes time to charge to a level beyond being able to stun or do light damage.
Static cling slowly dissipates unless reinforced. It can generally be overcome by an adult after around 30 minutes, depending on how strong and determined they are. Non-static clothing also helps, where polyester makes the effect last longer.

Cannot cross wrists: Her power starts at her wrists. She is essentially "shorted out" if they are pressed together or connected by a conductor, including handcuffs! This will rapidly (and painfully) discharge her. Left on, she will weaken until unable to walk (about 12 hrs) and will be in danger of dying after about 48 hrs if they aren't removed.
Slow to recharge: unless around something developing a lot of static (static generator or clothes dryer).
Available static is highly variable depending on environment. Dry vs Humid, materials that generate vs none, etc.
Damage Electronics: Tends to accidentally damage electronics when carrying a high charge.
Rain/water: While an electrical storm provides high-power she can recharge from immediately, rain leeches away her charge. To swim, she must reduce her charge to near-zero, and can only stay in for a little while. She tries to not have both wrists in the water. Salt water, as a better conductor, is worse. Rain also saps her shields; how fast depends on how heavy the rain is.
